What To Expect
A ONE-TO-ONE ASSESSMENT

Every member begins with a one-to-one assessment.  
Here we will learn more about you and your goals. We'll take you through a movement screen to help us understand your starting point and then develop a personalised program for you.
WEEKLY PERSONAL TRAINING AND GROUP FITNESS 

You'll have 2 personal training sessions each week, where you work closely with a coach on your specific goals. 
You'll also get unlimited access to our group fitness sessions throughout the 28 days
NUTRITION MADE EASY

There will be no restrictive diets with our program, we provide a flexible nutrition plan that still allows you to enjoy a few wines at the weekend. 
Our nutritional guidelines will allow you to eat the foods you love and still get great results.

Use the form on this page to request a consultation, or call us on 02920 617710. On the call we’ll get to know you better, answer any questions you have, and provide you with all of the information you need to see if we are a great fit.
 
STEP 2: COME IN FOR A CONSULTATION
After our phone call we’ll meet in person. We want to get to know you and learn more about you, your lifestyle and where you need guidance. We want you to come in and get comfortable with the space, the team, and the other members.
 
STEP 3: CHOOSE THE PROGRAM FOR YOU
Our services are designed to provide the expertise and accountability you need go achieve your goals. We will work with you to find the right program for you and set you up for success from the very beginning.
Q. Will I be able to fit it into my current lifestyle?
We are open from 6:15am-8:00pm with sessions available every morning, lunchtime and evening on weekdays. 
We are also open on Saturdays from 7:30am-12pm.

Q. I’m unfit & haven’t trained for years, will it be suitable for me?
This will be perfect for you! Our programs are set out from the start to ensure you ease into it.
We provide regressions and progressions for every exercise to ensure that you work out at a suitable level.

Q. I’ve tried diet & exercise in the past, how is this different?
We never put you on a diet, we provide simple strategies that you can use to get great results and still enjoy the foods you love.
