Frequently Asked Questions
I’m unfit & haven’t trained before, will it work for me?
This will be perfect for you! Our programs are set out from the start to ensure beginners feel comfortable.
We provide regressions and progressions for every exercise to ensure that you work out at a level that suits you.
I work long hours, will I be able to fit it in?
We are open from 6:15am-8:30pm with sessions available every morning, lunchtime and evening on weekdays. We are also open on Saturdays from 730am-12pm.
Will it be really busy and full of younger people?
No not at all, our studio is specifically for people over 40, 80% of our clientele are in their 40's, 50's and 60's and we only workout with a maximum number of 12 people at one time. This allows us to keep things more personal.
What do I wear to the consultation?
The consultation will just be a chat with one of our personal trainers to learn about you and your goals. So please come as you are. You don’t need to wear any workout clothing.
